Consuming a hearty morning meal helps you lose pounds and maintain a healthy weight, reports a recent study.  Researchers compared women who regularly ate a higi-carb, high protein, who had a 290-calorie meal; the women in the first group lost more pounds and kept it off. A filling breakfast may curb your appetite all day so you’re less likely to pig out at lunch and dinner.

I watched a video last week on Yahoo about 5 best foods we should eat everyday.

1. Oatmeal- 3 servings a day

2. Dark veggies

3. Nuts and seeds (preferrably almonds, cashews and walnuts)

4. Low fat Yogurt and Milk

5. Green Tea (4 cups a day)
