Samal!

Last Wednesday, I opted to take a day-off and went to Samal to visit the beautiful private beach resort of the Lacia Family.
It was indeed very beautiful though they were not yet done developing it. I want to go back in there again however climbing up to the road is too torturous for me. I almost lost consciousness. Good thing Mrs. Rosa Amada Cainglet (kelangan full name?! hehehe) Te Claudette Clemente, Dondon and Te Tessie Interino were there to keep me counscious.
I collected a lot of beautiful pebbles from the seashore. I also had the chance to paddle on a small boaty with Yamyam and Janjan before swimming for more than 3 hours straight!
Anyway, here are some of the pictures…
Going to Samal (Barge around past 5am)
Yamyam Lacia driving in Samal to their private beach resort… It was very foggy…

I’m planning to go to Samal next weekend for 2 nights. Could you recommend a good but not so expensive resort. Also, is there a free wi-fi in the island?
Hello Tom, thanks for the visit. There are a lot of beaches in Samal which are not expensive. The most popular (inexpensive) resort is the Paradise Island http://www.paradiseislanddavao.com/ Their contact number is also located at their website. I hope I have helped you with this info. For the wi-fi thingy.. I am not sure but I think there is in paradise island and a few resorts…
