I watched a video last week on Yahoo about 5 best foods we should eat everyday.

1. Oatmeal- 3 servings a day

2. Dark veggies

3. Nuts and seeds (preferrably almonds, cashews and walnuts)

4. Low fat Yogurt and Milk

5. Green Tea (4 cups a day)
