5 best foods we should eat everyday

I watched a video last week on Yahoo about 5 best foods we should eat everyday.

1. Oatmeal- 3 servings a day

2. Dark veggies

3. Nuts and seeds (preferrably almonds, cashews and walnuts)

4. Low fat Yogurt and Milk

5. Green Tea (4 cups a day)

and I still could not sleep…

and the picture of what i saw early this afternoon flashed back. it wasn’t really a picture literally. was just trying to be i dunno.

anywayz i was having this problem how to go to jollibee to eat chicken joy and french fries, since i’ve been craving for it, coz it’s raining.

then this man passed by our house carrying a furniture which he was selling into the street even if it was raining hard.

here i am getting pissed about the rain because i cant eat what i want to eat even if i am not hungry and this man didnt care if it rains hard maybe as long as he would be able to sell something maybe so his family could eat.

i hated myself for being selfish and hoped i could somehow do something.

i still went to jollibee and ate hot and spicy chickenjoy and a regular fries. cant help my cravings…

Weekend Idleness

I spent my weekend just watching rented videos from Video City and movies in cable because I do not have money to watch movies (sniff!) (sniff!)

I watched the later half of:

- Gabriel (a stinky film coz the characters look like stinky actually. The leading actor is so “fafable” though. I guess they’re Russians from the way they look. I am not saying Russians look stinky. Their characters in the film looked like they haven’t taken a bath for a month, that’s why.  A story about the archangels (Rafael, Uriel, and Michael who became the devil!) who were living like humans but more than that with all the killings, vengeance, sex, alcohol, drugs, etc. Grabe, maayo na lang wala sila gikilatan ni Lord paghimo sa salida oi!

- Monster house ( twas really fun watching it)

- a Chinese film about mothers and their daughters. It was really a great film but I was unlucky not to be able to start it from the beginning. (“Do not be afraid of losing him…. you will be found… you will be cherished.” one of the Chinese mothers)

- an animation about gayas ( nice and funny)

I was also able to start and finish these films:

- Juno (I loved it! I really did… “Find someone who loves you with what you are, good mood, bad mood…”- father of Juno)

- Southland Tales (It was a star-studded film but it sucks so much! The rock, Mandy Moore, Christopher Lambert, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Justin Timberlake, Seann William Scoot and other familiar faces. Geez, I just watched to finish the movie to see if a scene or a part of it was worthwhile but the story itself sucks.)

- Amistad (can’t help but watch this movie again)

- Silence of the Lambs (”we only desire what we see daily…”- Hannibal)

- The lookout (Nice. I like it)

- The Haunted (Kate Beckinsale is really beautiful)

- Narnia (Haven’t watched this in cinema)

-P2 (might be a low-budget film, might be lang, pero it was really really good!- suspense)

- Dragon Ring (It has a very nice plot of the story… It’s not common and you can’t really predict what would happen next…)

El Niño

Until now, di pa rin pinapadala ng amo ko sweldo ko. Ewan ko ba kung bakit nangbuburat siya pagsweldo time na. As in El Niño talaga ako ngayon, walang ka-pera-pera!

Pero I just finished my call with Simon, the Brit from the French company Telelangue. I thought it was the final interview but it turned out it was my orientation!

I made it! I did it! I passed and I will start my training on the 3rd week of March (17-25) up to the last week of the same month for an hour everyday with Simon. I willl start working with them on the 1st week of April!

Personally, I would like to work late at night around 11pm onwards (if so, the’d give me classes until 2am) so I won’t be able to give up Hilary’s students. I love the job though and the kids and the money of shores, I mean of course… hehehehe

God’s will ^_^

I was hoping they’d give me kids so my grammar lapses and mispronounced words won’t be that evident hehe but they give kids to teachers who can speak French, dang!

I will be given intermediate to advanced students, dang ulet!

90% of their students are French and 10% are Germans, Italians, Belgians, etc or other European nationals.

Naku, baka maraming fafah rito! Yipee! hehehe…

Well, pinoy pa rin ako! Pinakagwapo pa rin ang mga pinoy at pinaka-romantiko… haaaay!

Can’t sleep not because I am still sick but because I always think a lot… ah mali pala? Do I think pa pala? hehehe… I mean imagine pala… hehehe… di ba pareho lang yun? Hala, kinakausap ko na naman sarili ko!

I’m sick physically pati ata mentally, emotionally and psychologically! Astig ko talaga! hehehe Juk…

Health is Wealth ika nga…

I cannot take too many classes in a day. So I have to let go of some of my private students, maybe 3-5 of them. I am really sad about it but if I want to live longer, it’s what I really have to do. 

I remembered when I was in Makati I had three shifts and 2 jobs. 1st shift: 5am-8am in the morning in Ayala, Makati as an online teacher. I have to wake up at 3:30 am even if I live only a few meters away because it took me a long time to prepare myself for work and besides paunahan sa dalawang banyo. I lived in a subsidized condo with 4 other officemates in Yakal St. Kahit walang tulog, I have to take a bath as early as 3:30 am.

After 8:00 am, I have to travel to Pasig for my preschool classes from 10:00 am to 12 noon. Then travel back home. I usually arrived past 1:00 pm and go to sleep around that time or much later at around past 3pm.

I have to wake up again at 5:00 pm to prepare again for my 6:00 pm- 11:00 pm shift back at the online center.

I usually got home past 12 midnight and sometimes wala pang tulog sa buong gabi kasi adik si Shyla and Eloisa na bestfriends ko na usually nakikitulog sa amin (love kasi nila ako nyehehehe). Well, hindi sila yung adik as in adik pero we spent the night just giggling, teasing and tickling or anoying each other!

Ngarag na ako before the week ends, then Saturday, overtime pa ako niyan from 9:00 am- 7:00 pm. So I spent most of my Sundays sleeping until 6:00 pm.

However, I was able to manage that. Anyways, I was still younger then hehehe.

Ngayong matanda na, I can’t keep it up anymore.

I have to make sacrifices before I will suffer more.

I like him a lot!

I watched “Knocked Up” yesterday and I got infatuated to Seth Rogen the leading actor in the movie. He is just so cute and adorable. Makes me want to hug him tight hehehehe. Just Doing Fine

I passed the first interview at the French company. I will have my 2nd and final interview on Friday 11pm.

If hired, I can only teach in the afternoon until early evening. If I will be hired, I will ask to have the 2pm- 6pm Philippine time class. They offer me $7 an hour but the classes won’t be straight.

I’ll have to give up Hilary’s classes from 3pm-6pm. Then 6pm onwards (up to 9:30pm) I will have classes with her remaining students straight.

This is better than waking up at 2am to have the classes at the french company.

I think I would also have to give up 3 of my private students. I am still very sick because I did not have ample rest.

I hope everything will go out well. I am tired today and I do not want to have my classes but I have already missed a lot of classes. No class, no pay… I have a lot of bills to pay so I have to work! work! work!

Scorpion kids

I dreamt about a lot of scorpions crawling on the floor of our living room and cute toddlers all around the same room too!

The scorpions look strange because instead of just 2 stingers (ano ba tawag dun?) they have 4-5 of it!

The kids were both amazed and scared about them and dang they are soooo cute and lovely!

According to my own senseless interpretation, my inner child is at danger.

(naks naman may inner child ka pa pala? or baka ibig sabihin psychologically ill ka talaga? )
