Magulo eto!

My 2nd this year… 8 years ago my doctor asked me na tanggalin na tonsils ko. Kaso wala pa sa budget hay!

I cant have classes tonight because of it. Kainis kung kelan I need money hehehehe pambayad sa mga walang katapusan bills at utang!

Puhunan ko pa naman boses ko.

The first time I had tonsilitis this year was when I was scheduled for an interview in a French company. Sana naman maglevel-up na ako noh hehehe. Good thing, they gave me a chance at pang apat na to na re-scheduling: 1st- nakalimutan ko, 2nd: sira ang headset nung magiinterview, 3rd: may tonsilitis ako.

Another good thing, gusto ko kasi sana today na ako iinterviewhin. good luck! buti naman at sa march 4, malamang naman noh wala na toh!

ang mahal pa naman ng gamot… di pa nga ako tapos sa isang gamot iniinom ko this week for my UTI na umatake, eto na namang isa…

puro antibiotic na laman ng katawan ko! buti naman sana kung magiging mutant super hero ako…

Friends, please pray for me na matanggap ako sa French company na to. I will be teaching French and other European nationalities, bongga! I will schedule my classes with them early in the morning. I cannot give up my Korean classes since 12 hours a week lang sa French company.

If ever, mga students ni hilary beeyatch ang aking igigive up and not yung mga private students ko.

I have 6 private students already hoorah!

Dahil wala akong love life (i-annouce ba?), edi work, work, work muna! Ah oo nga pala I did something stupid last weekend… sana not very stupid or sana it will turn out well, sa galit ko kay marcelo sinagot ko si bel. hay honey, may topak ka nga! anywayz, once or twice a month lang naman kami nagkikita ni bel so okay lang. pero mali pa rin, mali!

Okay

Last Wednesday night, I recieved a text message from Marcelo asking me if I would ever forgive him for what he did.

To be honest, I did forgive him for what he thinks about me. Opinion niya yun at na-observe niya about me. Malamang tama siya since mahirap naman talaga ako intindihin.

Hindi ako nagse-self-pity right now. Tanggap ko na may topak ako eh.

I remembered my friend Jay’s text message, “If you can’t accept me at my worst, then you don’t deserve me at my best.”

Good thing I am not really emotionally attached to Marcelo or malamang umiiyak pa ako ngayon.

Nasaktan lang pride ko sa sinabi niya pero okay na ako.

I may have been desperate in having a boyfriend again but it does not mean I am not happy with my life right now. Yup, may mga moments na sad ako pero I have come to realize I am so blessed with the people around me who love me and accept me whether im psychologically ill or not.

While I was reflecting on what Marcelo said, I come to really realize how blessed I am with my friends whom despite my bitchy attitude, arrogance, stubborness, etc, they still are my friends and they still love me.

My close friend dondon told me, “it won’t be honey, if she aint a bitch! But I still love her though…”

I also realized how my family has endured all the crazy and out of this world ideas and plans in my head. My mother told me, it is my choice to be misunderstood by many but still she chooses to understand me beyond her human superpowers.

This is me, this who I am. My past will bring me luck or misfortune in my future but this is still me.

Take me as I am or leave me alone.

The Philippines Eagle Nature Centre

Once known as the monkey-eating eagle; it is endemic(found only) to the eastern portion of the Philippine comprising the Sierra Madre mountains in Eastern Luzon and the heavily forested area of Mindanao.

The largest eagle, standing to about three and a half feet (3 1/2) may be recognized by its powerful bill, strong legs and claws. The general body color is grayish brown in the back and wings, whitish front neck and belly with shafts of gray brown streaked feathers on the head, which when erect forms a crest.

The prey mostly on monkeys, but lately they have been observed feeding on flying lemurs (caguang), wild cats (musang), and flying squirrels (tapilac) in Mindanao. Usually the male does the hunting, sharing his catch with the female and the young, especially during the breeding time.

The life of the eagle has been closely watched resulting in the following findings: pairs occupy a wide territory in lowland and medium elevation forest. Hunting flights extend to the cleared areas as well. At breeding time, they usually indulge in high searing flights and are said to mate in mid-air. The nest is a crude platform of branches and twigs, set in the tallest tree. Only one white egg is laid which hatches in about two months.

The very size of the monkey eating eagle with its majestic stance makes it a very desirable target as a trophy. Also because of its uniqueness, there is a demand for its in major zoos of the world.

2 Years Ago

I met him in starbucks sa people support. He was wearing a gray striped polo shirt by folded and hung. Wala naman kasing ibang brand sinusuot yun kundi yun lang. He looked so cute with his hairstyle. I was tempted na kurutin siya. We were both 29 then pero he looked fresh from college with his boy-next-door look.

I was wearing a yellow shirt. He always insists I was wearing pink then. Hindi po yellow po yun. I still have that shirt with me. It has always been my favorite.

I had vanilla, the only drink I always order in starbucks. I forgot what he ordered then. Since then, he told me to try other flavors and I did. I found it was nicer to try other flavors and I love it.

Since then, we became close friends and more than that. The bosses and officemates knew his voice whenever he calls me many times everyday, “Hello, may I speak with honey please?”

By then, my Korean bosses would then replied, “Oh hello James, sure, please wait for a while..” or something like that… even if he has not given his name yet.

I was hoping I could see him last week when I was in Manila.

I still miss him.

It makes me smile remembering how he wears his pairs of socks. He always has 2 pairs of socks. He likes striped polo shirts. He wears Swiss Army perfume. He wears folded and hung shirts. He has a small belt bag which he wears daily at work. He goes to China every year for a business trip with his boss.

I miss how he reacts whenever he sees my messy room. I miss his calmness. I just miss my friend.

He is my bebeh karlo….

Trip

I may or can not be online for a week since I would be travelling with my students. Cebu trip was cancelled since it is so impractical to go there just for one day, plane trips, food and hotel for 5- 6 people…

This is actually a great risk, I have a looooot of bills and utang to pay, I would lose more that 10k pesos of income for this week of liwaliw with my students. However, I want them to feel the Filipino’s hospitality and of course take a break of my daily boring routine of calling online students at home.

I will be in Manila around 7 pm perhaps. My PAL flight from Davao is 3:45 pm but PAL davao has been known for its delayed flights hehehe.

I wanted Cebu Pacific and Air Philippines, the usual airlines I use when I travel because they are cheaper and I am contented about it. This is actually my first time to travel in PAL since my mother insisted a thousand bucks more won’t hurt since she feels safer with PAL.

Hay naku kung mamamatay na talaga kahit ano sasakyan or naglalakad lang dedu ka na talaga kung time na!

Anyway, hope everything turns out right since I have been stressed for more than 2 weeks with this trip since me and my Korean students and their family could not decide on their budget.

Goodluck, at first their budget was only around US$700 for the trips in Manila, Cebu, and Davao, food for 6 days/ 6people/ hotel accomodation, etc… Napa tangina ako… Their reason was they could travel all around South Korea in less than a thousand US dollars.

I had to explain to them that Philippines consist of a thousands of islands and that Manila is a different island than cebu and so on. So now, they thought Manila is an island. Dang! It was so hard to explain to them since the parents speak English like a telegram. I have only been talking to my 14 year old student and he translates everything to his parents. He does not speak English well too. SO it took us more than 2 weeks and still a lot of things were unsettled.

I persistently ask them that I need to know how much is their budget because I need to plan the itinerary of their trip, also to look for a hotel, restaurants and places right for their budget.

Until now, magulo pa rin at naku bahala na ulet si batman!

I hope they would not complain with the expenses since they came from northern province part of South Korea. Those who came from Seoul and other major cities are the richer ones and do not care how much theyw ould spend for their vacation.

I paid for my trip to Manila right now and I do not have enough funds, so magpapalamon ako sa bahay ng bestfriend ko muna ng ilang araw hahahaha!

Anyway, tulog lang naman ang free ko sa kanila hehehehe

So in short, I may or can not check my blog for a couple of days this week and I hope everything will be great!

I also wish to see my former officemates and friends in Makati.
